The room was nice, very big. Stayed in a king room for 3 nights with my boyfriend. Shuttle is great but has lots of parking if you get a rental instead. Breakfast was good, coffee was good too! 5 min trip to the airport and 15 to downtown with traffic. Def will stay again.

Beautiful hotel and welcoming staff. We were upgraded to a very cool and spacious corner king room, bed super comfy. Easy walk to Ryman Auditorium (reason we were there) and Broadway and many restaurants. Only negative was the $83 we paid to park, altho the valets were very friendly and efficient.

The hotel itself is beautiful and offers excellent amenities, including a well-maintained pool, fitness center, open bar, and quality brunch and breakfast options. The property is clean, attractive, and has a lot to offer guests. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the numerous additional fees that were not clearly communicated during the booking process. While the advertised room rate, taxes, and standard fees were disclosed, I was surprised to learn upon arrival that several additional charges would be applied, including destination fees, a lodging fee, and occupancy taxes. In my case, these extra charges added approximately $150 to the total cost of my stay. My primary concern is not that hotels charge fees, but that the full cost of the stay is not presented transparently before booking. Guests should be clearly informed that a significant amount in additional charges may be collected at check-in so they can make an informed decision and accurately budget for their trip. Although I enjoyed the property and its amenities, the lack of pricing transparency made the experience disappointing. Had I known the true total cost in advance, I would have seriously considered booking a different hotel. I encourage the hotel to be more upfront about all mandatory fees so guests know exactly what to expect before they arrive.
