Unlike many other La Quintas visited, Radford is a bit run-down, needing a makeover. Most of the usual La Quinta expectations were met: clean & comfortable. But the overall condition needs a facelift to stay in line with usual expectations.

The hotel was under construction. There was dirty water in the ice bucket from the previous person that stayed in the room. The carpets were not vacuumed. The tub did not drain. The staff was great, but the facilities were terrible.
