Absolutely beautiful property! I wish I had stayed longer.

Very clean and comfortable. Very comfortable beds good for the back.

When I first called the 1-800 number for Microtel, the person was not very helpful at all. I then booked a room thru Expedia for a much better rate. I did call the MicroTel I had reservations at to confirm my room. The person who answered was very helful and reassuring that I did have a room booked at the Expedia rate. Upon my arrival to the hotel, the staff was very helpful. The hotel was clean and efficient. The pool and exercise room looked clean. I don't know if this is everywhere but no maid service. We stayed 2 night and nobody cleaned the room, bathroom or made the bed. Other than that, I would not hesitate to return.

The staff was very friendly however there was an angry looking older woman who was always glaring at us. The rooms were cleanish but severely need updating. There are pictures of a pool on the website but there is no pool as it is used for storage now. When you walk into the building you’re smacked in the face with the smell of incense and curry and wondering if you’re in the mountains of Pennsylvania or a casino with gambling machines and massage chairs in the lobby. The continental breakfast consists of store bought pastries, a waffle machine, toast and bagels, and a bowl of fruit. If you don’t care about these things then it’s a great and convenient place to stay.
