Clean, quiet hotel for the price. I’ve stayed here 3 times in the last month and a half and have been very happy. I appreciate the quiet and clean rooms. There is a ton of restaurants and shopping around as well.

The property was very clean. The room we were in had USB connections that were tilted and could not be used or didn't work, even after resetting

When I get there I’m told that my reservation doesn’t exist because when I booked with expedia the hotel I booked with (Microtel) was sold to a best western and the reservation got lost basically. The staff at the hotel was really helpful and kind. I’ll never use expedia again but that’s not the hotels fault. Also the customer support staff for expedia were literally the worst most USELESS people I have ever spoken to in my entire life. Just completely useless and unhelpful. We talked in circles for an hour about nothing basically and I couldn’t even really understand what the woman was saying. I’ll never ever use expedia again and I wish only bad things for the people who run that company :)
