My mother and I had a great time in Neenah and this hotel was part of the reason. The King suites with the jetted tub were huge and cozy and clean. My mom and I each had our own and we both agreed we were able to relax in this “home away from home” because we weren’t afraid to get comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the food at the adjoined restaurant was really good with both an extensive breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu. The surrounding atmosphere was peaceful and the pool was nice. Had a really great stay and if I were ever in Neenah again I’d stay there. I hope this hotel really keeps or even increases the experience by maintaining these good habits for years.

Don't just leave your stuff around you need a key card to move anywhere in the building so it feels super secure just know it's not.

Wasn't very helpful find a different option since they were not pet friendly.

I stayed over the 4th of July with my dog. Of course, there were fireworks and we managed to avoid some of them. However, there were neighbors not far from the hotel that were setting off their own fireworks after everyone else was done. Yvette was kind enough to let us switch rooms away from the noise so my dog was finally able to get some sleep.

Staff were phenomenal! Super friendly, and helpful. The room was ok. I wasn't super impressed only because there were stains on the carpet, the bathroom sink did not drain. There were bad stains on the furniture. It was outdated. Probably would not stay there again.
