I booked my stay on Expedia and when I arrived at the hotel they didn’t have my reservation. The hotel was booked and had no available rooms. The. They were kind enough to bill me for my visit.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this house! Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—peacefully tucked near the mountains while still being just 5 minutes from town, making it easy to enjoy both nature and local shops and restaurants.

We rented a room for two, we had to keep using one towel for both of us to shower as they never had towels clean to give us? The tub was terrible, like someone was going to redo it and left it undone and the shower head spit water at you. The light in the bathroom was completely rusted The tv didn’t work in the room. When we checked out, he opened his hand for the key and never said a word.

The pool was a lot of fun! There is even pool toys and stuff for kids to play with. My family loved the house. The beds were super comfortable and the room darkening curtains were so great. My family was very comfortable here!

The property is a fascinating re-purposing of a former psychiactric hospital. The hotel was in a gothic (?) type building with two imposing towers containing the guest rooms. The hotel entrance had a modern glass enclosure leading from the street level up to the checkin desk. The interior was completely re-modeled with modern furniture and art pieces. Impressively large photo reproductions of the original buildings and of the Western New York area and history were hung everywhere. Each photo deserved examination. At the lower level was a museum describing the hospital/hotel history graphically and via video media. Our room was novel and freshly designed and fitted up. The staff and bar were wonderful. The breakfast service was a bit disorganized; the combination of newly hired staff and a new managment structure and menu caused issues. We did get to eat there once, and the food was excellent.

The room was nicely styled and clean. The staff were kind.
