El aire acondicionado hace mucha bulla dentro de la habitación, no había utensilios como shampoo ni jabón y la habitación se sentía la mugre en la alfombra

The location downtown is great. Staff was very nice and efficient. Room is clean and comfortable.

Stayed Oct 13th, 2026. Smells amazing when walking in! While checking in, was notified that my card would be charged $150 for “incidentals”. That’s way more than I paid for the room! And just know it is actually charged. As in they take your money, not held in case. If you’re running lean on money, that’s a bummer. Then, oh by the way, we charge $35 for parking in the $6 dollar lot next door, but you don’t know it’s a six dollar lot until after you’ve already agreed to the $35. Don’t be fooled, I wouldn’t even mention parking and just park there! The room- not the cleanest, hairs in the bathroom, from different people, and a pubic hair on bathroom counter upon checking in. They advertise a “spa” experience in the bathroom, but no nice amenities, the same glued to the wall generic products like all the other chains. The room itself was comfortable, quite noisy with city noise (not a bother to us, that’s what earplugs are for), and I DIED for the electric blackout shades!!

I have not complaints service was welcoming
