Elm Grove Vacation Packages

Great stay overall! Clean room, seamless parking, friendly team, and a delicious breakfast. Our only issue was having zero hot water for our morning showers in cold weather. We reported it to the front desk so they can get it sorted out. Everything else was wonderful and 100% recommended

Elevator shutters as you come to a stop on the first floor. The room we stayed in was good until I looked at the bathtub. Wall had been pieced together. If you wanted ice that was first floor only. The employees were excellent

The hotel was run down. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. The outside of the building is in rough shape. The parking lot entrance doors are broken. They do not lock. The glass in that entrance was shattered. The hotel is rundown to say the least. The room was dirty, the tub drain was missing so the water drained beneath the tub. The exhaust fan for the bathroom didn’t work. Our room smelled like pure febreeze. We stayed as a group and the other four rooms had their share of problems. There were spider webs in the room. I got our own extra towels and toilet paper from the house cleaning cart that was parked in the hallway all day. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet, but I would not stay there again. The check in area and the ball room were nice though. I guess they remodeled those areas but skipped on the hotel side.

Amazing atmosphere

Disgusting. Dirty hand marks on all doors. Toilet not clean. Black on tub caulk. Yuch! Staff at counter was either confused or trying to scam. I had a specific reservation and they attempted to get me to change bed types and go upstairs. Strange man in chair sitting outside on the walk holding a beer most of the evening and next morning.
