First room were given was occupied. Second room was fine. TV visibly dirty, towels stained. Others in our party found dirty socks in their “clean” room and this was after getting assigned a second room as their first room was not cleaned. Hot tub was not working. Pool water was not clear.

One thing which I was surprised at was how you could hear the conversations of the people through the walls in the adjoining rooms. There should be better sound-proofing between the rooms. Otherwise, there were no complaints.
