the staff were friendly. I only have 2 complaints. The room refrigerator didn’t work, so the milk I had went bad. And the morning “breakfast” that was offered consisted of Chewy granola bars & coffee…nothing else was offered. Those aren’t “breakfast”, as it states on the package it is a SNACK. I would’ve stayed elsewhere with my children had I known there wouldn’t be anything available for them. Also, drug addicts were a bit…shady in the parking lot & pacing the walkways by my door. Made my kids very uneasy.

Service from their maintenance man was a 10! Professional and fixed the problem immediately. The indoor water park is a nice addition if you have little kids. TOP NOTCH life guards on duty all around! Very impressed with that. Its old inside but they are trying to keep it up the best they can. Lobby needs repair. Carpet in room needs repair.

We loved the quiet atmosphere of both locations. The pool was clean with many places to sit and enjoy. The beach was well maintained with water vessels to use for anyone there. Both places had bbq grill to use. We never met any staff, but they were available by phone if need be. We will be going back.

Breakfast was great, and was refilled for the crowd promptly. The young woman cleaning the breakfast area is the hardest working person I have ever seen! Place was spotless in breakfast area.and she was very polite and professional! Only some minor things like glasses in bathroom (none). The Hot tub either needs to be cleaned or resurfaced so We didn’t go in it, but the pool was great!

The room was great. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

Dilapidated property with units that appear to have permanent residents in them, picture the projects. We checked in and noticed that our room had clearly been smoked in. We immediately contacted the owner who said it was barbecue smoke that we were smelling. We decided to leave due to the condition of the room/property and the strong odor. Unfortunately, we were still charged and when we contacted Expedia about this; we were offered only a partial refund due to their non-refundable cancellation policy. Would recommend sleeping in the back seat of your car over this property.

Staffs are wonderful and very helpful. We stayed in the tent with a bathroom. However, the bathroom is tiny, like a closet. My got a tick on her while sitting sitting on the outdoor furnitures at our tent.
