Staff great, clean property. Rooms a little small but fine for 2 people. Only thing I think should be changed is the shower curtain. With or without fan going it kept moving so water was all over the floor. I almost fell.

Room was very clean and breakfast very good. Staff were courteous. What we did not appreciate was the bathroom door lock not working properly. My wife got locked in bathroom. If you closed the door it could not be open from inside or outside. We did manage to get it open but I can Imagine a child or a person alone going into a panic. Also in the room there was no facial tissues which is rather unusual. The 4th floor elevator call button was not working either. Seems like they got problems with the elevators. When we checked in on our previous stay on July 9th the elevator was not working either, Fortunately we were on the 2nd floor then. All in all, it was not a bad stay, however a few things need to be corrected.

An absolute Stunning property with exceptional service! The hosts were truly one of a kind. Our room/home was extremely clean, quiet and super comfortable. I can honestly say that we had the best nights sleep! It’s a Short walk to Boldt Yacht House where we took the shuttle to Boldt castle. Highly recommend!!

This is a great place to stay at an affordable price. Self check-in was easy and directions were clear. Breakfast was provided and coffee was available all the time. Information about visiting the area was provided in detail. Nice!

The staff was so helpful and very genuine. They made checking in a breeze. I wasn't sure if I needed a few more days and they made the conversation about my lodging needs very easy on me. They helped me figure out exactly what I needed and made it clear that I could just go back up and speak to them if I needed to add more days. The rooms have everything you need and have a very charming touches.
