We stayed 3 days so the kitchen and laundry facilities were very helpful. Tons of restaurants and shopping within a few miles radius. Staff were all very engaging and extremely helpful.

The room was clean and bed super comfortable. When eating at restaurants or the pool side the staff was super slow. The food at the sports bar was below average. The steak restaurant was amazing. We would have liked to see more of a dress code for the upper end steakhouse though. Someone came in wearing a Homer Simpson tshirt and it just kills the ambiance. We were there for a nice dinner and pay for the experience. We enjoyed the coffee shop every morning as it was quick and easy for when we left the premises for the day. The spa day we had was nice. We did a therapeutic massage and the pressure was just right! We enjoyed sitting in the quiet room for a bit. The price was just about right for the amenities and service, and comparable to Lifetime Fitness’s spa services. Overall it was a decent stay for the trip we planned. Location was decent for a day trip to the Red River Gorge, the Ark Encounter, and some State park hikes.

Lovely hotel. Spacious bedroom with excellent shower and we appreciated the games in the room. The nicest mid-west hotel we’ve stayed in. Staff were very pleasant and communal areas really nice and smelt amazing. Restaurant was breakfast was excellent.

We chose this hotel because of its good location and proximity to The Hard Rock. First, the positives. The location was centrally located with good parking garage options very close by. I also appreciated the Kurig Coffee makers and the shower was amazing. The small welcome gift of a cookie or chips was a nice touch. Now for the not so good. The cleanliness of the room and some parts of the hotel, were not to my level of clean. On the first night there, we had an issue with our sink being clogged, with hair that was not ours. We called the front desk and instead of sending someone to our room, they had us unclog the drain on our own. On the second day there, we put a sign on our door to request that our room be made up: it was not. The next day, I called the front desk to get our room cleaned. We stayed out all day and had the please clean our room sign on our door. When we got back at 3:30 our room had still not been cleaned. I had to go to the front desk who then texted the housekeepers my request. The front desk told us that many of the housekeepers didn't show up to work, because of a cut in pay. When I spoke with the manager about this, he vehemently denied that this was accurate and made a lot of excuses as to why our room was not cleaned, including that the cleaning staff was confused by the signs on the door knobs because of a language barrier. I now have a bad taste in my mouth for this hotel brand and wish I had chosen a different hotel to stay at.

The price paid was a solid value, but the check-in experience was PAINFUL. It was one of those kiosks that you had to video call someone from a million miles away. It wouldn't have been too terrible if the connection was better, but the internet connection was poor, which means the video quality was poor, which means it was even MORE difficult to understand what the gentleman was saying. There wasn't a person at the desk that could help me out, but we eventually made it work. I definitely will not stay here in the future, but it's a place to sleep if you don't want to spend a lot of money. I stayed somewhere a lot more expensive the next night of my trip to compensate for this one.

Great place to stay with friendly staff. We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always clean.
