Wonderful stay! The hotel is right on the beach and has beach chairs at the ready and a fire pit. The hotel was built so that each room has a window angled toward a view of the beach. Everything was super comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d love to stay here longer to enjoy the lake!

Very outdated and overpriced..

They don’t tell you that you have to sign out towels to use the pool. We didn’t realize it until already in the pool and had no towels. Then you have to sign them back in. The $15 breakfast is what you would expect from a free breakfast buffet and you also need to get a piece of paper from front desk to even enter the restaurant where they provide the breakfast. We will not go back.

The new owners are trying very hard to please the customers. It is probably the best full-service hotel lodging option in Frankfort, with an excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinners. It is a short walk to the beach and lighthouses and a great jumping off point for the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Seashore to the north and Arcadia Dunes to the south.
