Nice breakfast, vey clean and new.

Hotel is clean and pool is a lot of fun. We return yearly for birthday celebrations. Restaurant is excellent and lots of games and pickleball outside.

Very relaxing stay. We enjoyed ourselves.

I was dissatisfied with the service. I was booked for five days but didn't need all the days. I understand I booked through a third party expidia. I still feel like the hotel is not returning communication from expidia when they reach out. The young lady athe front desk wouldn't even give me any kid of documentation that I checked out. We had a fire evacuation in the middle of the night we waited outside for two hours, the next morning I asked if I could check out late the same young lady told me that they don't allow late check out. I didn't feel like they had good customer service in general.

overall experience is good

The room and motel itself was fine. It was next door to another motel where people were living outside of that motel. They had their kids on blankets on the ground and a barbecue under a tree to cook on, sitting in fold up lawn chairs. The two parking lots of both motel backed onto each other. I didn't feel very safe with what appeared to be homeless people living on the lawn of the next door motel.

Perfect Location, with a kwik trip a few mins away to grab necessities. Quiet, Clean, Friendly Staff in the morning when we went to grab our breakfast, pool and hot tub was GREAT! Temps just right! 7 hr drive & a 4 night stay, we will be staying again if I come back to the area.
