The apartment was clean and enough space to accommodate everyone. It was difficult to get in touch with the property especially on the weekends. We requested additional covers which we never received. There were only two rolls of toliet tissue in each bathroom and I was there for 4 nights/5 days. The beds could be more comfortable but overall it was a great stay.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. My room reservation was somehow lost in their system so they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite. Needless to say, the kids were excited!

Run down facility, no working elevators, stairwell falling apart, unclean, and not well lit, lobby reeks of smoke, pool is not functional, paint peeling off walls in room, smell of mold in room, unsafe parking lot.

My room here was canceled by the hotel and I was unaware. My family and I drove over 500 miles to Tennessee and we didn’t have a room to stay in. Spring Hill Suites Memphis East- Galleria owes me for my complete hotel stay. I have an email that was sent on 11/11/25 stating that they had to urgently cancel my room for an unforeseen event that has occurred with the military. They stated that they have sent the cancellation to Expedia advising as this was not a personal cancellation. This is totally on the hotel itself.
