Very clean, reasonable price, and nice temperature. Parking isn't amazing, but that's to be expected downtown.

The Hotel Pontotoc was perfect. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. I will definitely return.

Our first stay at the Guest House at Graceland exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. Every interaction—from the bellman who welcomed us upon arrival to the incredible servers at the bar—was nothing short of exceptional. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued and appreciated. The atmosphere is elegant, welcoming, and filled with the kind of Southern hospitality that makes you feel right at home. It is clear that customer service is a top priority, and it shows in every detail. Thank you to everyone at the Guest House at Graceland for making our visit so memorable. The property owner went out of their way to make the space comfortable and was extremely responsive and eager to help and answer questions. The loft was spacious and lovely and secure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are clean. Stuff is wonderful. I am not a breakfast person but from what I have seen they have a good variety to choose from. As for parking I was surprised for the charge of $7- per night. It must be advertised when we make the reservation and not just when I arrived to the hotel ( like I had a choice I already paid for the room) This is kind of misleading, bad for business

I'm giving this 3 stars because of a mix of good and bad. The good: The apartment was nice, spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and a good size. We couldn't hear the neighbors next to us or above us (although that could be because they weren't home). The parking garage was secure and we didn't have trouble finding a spot close to our room. The place was only a few minutes drive from downtown/Beale St. The bad: The dryer was broken and clearly had been for quite some time. Which was a shame because we were planning on doing laundry. Shouldn't be allowed to advertise washer/dryer when it's not functional. The toilet leaked when flushed. Luckily there was a second toilet in the unit. It's unknown if this one was ever fixed, as no one fixed it in the 2 days we were there. The one bedroom has a bright light right outside the window that stays on all night. The blinds do not adequately block out the light. If you like sleeping with a night light, you're in luck. The other bedroom has windows that block out zero noise. You will hear every car that drives by on the street, that is only a few feet away. If you like sleeping with white noise, you're in luck. The appliances are outdated. Not a big deal, but they are out of the 1990s. Overall, if you're looking for a place to stay near downtown with 2 beds and you're a deep sleeper, this place is nice. If you're planning on using the laundry and kitchen a lot, I'd look elsewhere.

Great 3 day stay with the brief exception of an AC tech who interrupted nap time to check the in room unit, and lacking nutritious options for breakfast which wasn’t well stocked. But I’d stay again; decent places in Memphis are few and far between.
