Very nice room - clean and comfortable; very homey. Breakfast was fantastic - choices for people of all tastes. Staff were wonderful; made us feel like we were visiting family.

I checked in to the hotel went into my room find that it was very dirty outdated fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling. The dishwasher was broken. My main door did not lock dust everywhere on the ledges on the fixtures. Kitchen sink had mold of some sore and it was looks like when I went to turn it on it almost fell off. It was not secured. I did let the front desk know. He just said OK and that was that nothing was ever done in the two days. Stay that I was there. Outside they had a doggy waist station. It was all on the ground with bags on top. I told the person working at the desk twice. It was not picked up this morning when I left. I saw it was finally picked up, but it was a horrible stay. It was a horrible hotel and I’m surprised it’s even in business being so close to college, you would think that they would try to update this. I remember when this was built and obviously they have not done anything since to maintain the hotel just beware if you want a cheap hotel and nothing that works and fill then take your chances but otherwise run to the other hotels in Ithaca not this one.

Upon check in our room was excruciatingly hot . Maintenance was kind and helpful Chris brought us two box fans . Our downstairs bathroom smelt of urine, The pullout couch had dirty sheets on it , there was no hot water the three times I tried to shower, the dresser up stairs was sticky including the remote , there were crushed chips in the corner of the room.The front desk staff was notified Patty and Zach.Patty was too busy to talk when I asked to speak with management . Zack sent a worker to my room I was handed sheets and cleaner. I asked if he could at least change the sheets and clean the bathroom I was informed that he was not housekeeping and housekeeping left for the evening. I am appalled . My room should have been cleaned properly before check in or at the very least cleaned after I contacted front desk . We have stayed at this resort for the past six or so years for Fourth of July weekend meeting family from out of state . The heart and hospitality of Greek Peak has faded away . This is very unfortunate. My family and I will be finding other accommodations for the Fourth of July weekend. On a positive note the manager Rob from the water park was the only good thing about our trip. I enjoyed watching him walk round and round thru the water park fist bumping everyone and making sure everyone is safe and taken care of . He’s an asset to your company.also the Starbucks girl Kristine? She is kind , caring and helpful. Take notes from her front desk staff !!!!

The staff was there to answer questions which we had a lot of due to the uniqueness of this dorm style hotel. It was the nicest dorm experience we ever had. Beautiful!
