Loved that it had the outdoor pool. Restaurant on property had awesome food.

AC in main area not working, one of the main area ceiling fans not working, sliding glass door lock broken (could not be secured). Microwave could only plug in facing the sink. Lost power for 3 hours. There is no "water dispenser" unless they are talking about the sink faucet. No handrail on one set of stairs leading to 2 bedrooms.

Quiet, spacious, many commodities, comfortable, AC and heating in good working condition, well equipped.

Great location. Older property, vintage style motel. Bathroom was clean but outdated. My room felt damp most of my stay. I assume it was because of being located next to the pool.

The suite was very clean. The beds all appeared VERY new... possibly from Amazon.. & they were EXTRA FIRM. The fridge and stove top were a plus, but there are no utensils, cookware, plates, etc. The staff was friendly enough... I felt rushed to sign everything at check-in. I understand the desire for a swift experience, but there's a fine line between that & hurrying up to get me out of your hair. It was hard to catch someone at the desk--we saw the window closed more than open. We requested a couple of extra towels as there were 3 women in our group & they needed one for their hair. That was a no go. They only gave towels if we brought them the existing ones. There were no hand towels. The location was a bit secluded which was nice in Cleveland and easily accessible. We might consider staying here again for the price & cleanliness, but we'd bring our kitchen supplies & extra towels.
