Food crumbs on the floor, cigarette burns in blanket, sheets and mattress. Several holes in the carpet. Went into the bathroom, turn the light on cockroaches crawling on the walls. After seeing the bugs we was out.

The front desk staff at check in was great. The room was a different story. A lot of dust on shelf under sink. Drawer being shut with duct tape. Carpets need cleaning . The refrigerator door was left open. Misc stains on comforter and mattress. Lobby for breakfast was clean. Food was good! Room was quiet didnt hear neighbors or outside noise.

Good location and great owners

They were very attentive. I had a small issue and it was resolved immediately with exceptional customer service going above and beyond! Excellent place and very quiet.
