We were very pleasantly surprised by how cool the hotel was! Entering, you realize that it is very stylish from the lobby area to the rooms. The room we rented was a large studio with a queen bed and a pull-out sofa. You could smell how clean it was upon entering the room. It is bare bones but that's exactly what we needed. It was so interesting that the shower was right there in the room and you could see that someone was in there but you couldn't see them. It worked great. The front desk staff recommended a local restaurant for us and it was amazing! No complaints whatsoever. I would highly recommend the hotel for anyone staying in the area.

Fabulous experience. Front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. Especially while checking-in. Would come back again! Rooms are thoughtfully designed and have amazing views!

Good location and good place to stay. Close to a lot of restaurants, Times Square, transport, and Broadway productions.

Amazing stay! Hotel was clean, staff very friendly, room a good size, great location a few steps from Times Square steps and the grab and go was perfect for my morning latte. Would highly recommend and come back to

Breakfast could be better

The staff was extremely helpful, polite and went out of their way to help us. We were having trouble getting a cab, I believe his name was Oscar, went out into the pouring rain to hail us a cab. The library room on the second floor was a great spot to hang out and have some snacks and refreshments. The room was very quaint, clean and comfortable. We had a free breakfast in the restaurant, this was a nice sit down with wait staff and full menu, not a continental spread. They did offer fruit and other items in the library also. The entire experience was excellent. We will definitely stay there again.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it’s close to Time Square. The rooms are small, dingy, and outdated. The water pipes scream in the walls when floors above take showers. The elevators are slow. I would highly recommend spending the extra money for a better hotel. Will not stay here again.
