For my "western" friends, this is a "small" place...as expected. Set that aside, because it is St. Andrews and that's what you get. This BnB style hotel and restaurant is the pinnacle of "big things come in small packages". An excellent staff, well-appointed rooms, breakfast, top-notch dinner, and you are 3 minutes walk from the 1st tee of the Old Course. It really doesn't get better than this. It's a golfer's dream. Absolutely recommend and will love to stay here again.

Basic hotel a place to sleep

Clean room, staff were lovely and quiet area. Pity there weren't any shops nearby. But that's a small complaint. Bill and Saghi were so helpful and pleasant. I would stay here again

Was close to nearby places to visit. Wasn't as clean as we would have liked but overall good. Convenient parking and easy to catch the bus to go into Edinburgh.

Great hotel and convenient for the races.

We felt like the everyday scotsman. The simple, real life is what I enjoyed, unlike what a hotel room would have made us feel. The apartment was practical and spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved the surroundings, walked everywhere and enjoyed every bit of it.
