The watered got turned off at 9:30 in the morning wife was in the shower soap in her eyes burning. Luckily had bottled water to rinse out her eyes. Brought it to management and they refused to do anything about. Very rude and horrible manager. Would not recommend this hotel 1 star overall bad hotel.

We loved our stay at Casa Duro Susanna. Very clean, comfortable and quiet, despite being on a busy street and above a restaurant. Well-equipped kitchen with nespresso pods & machine. Beautifully decorated living area and bath, and if I'm getting picky, the bedroom could have used bigger nightstands, a second lamp and maybe a little more attention from the decor department. The bed and linens were very comfortable. A full-length mirror somewhere in the place would have been nice too. Folks should know that the stairs are numerous and unavoidable. The electronic locks won't open until check-in time, and there is parking in the back. We felt a little uninformed about the parking situation, but the folks in the cafe were helpful. We would definately stay again!

Very convenient, great part of town. Enjoyed our stay.

Staff was super accommodating and welcoming!
