The front desk was very helpful. I also wemt up to the vetrans memorial by the ski jump.

Very clean and comfortable beds. Good continental breakfast too!

The pluses should always be said first I feel: Teresa the manager is amazing. She checked on us during breakfast and we had a very nice conversation with her. In fact we noticed how well all of the staff received guests, with a smile, eye contact, and a verbal acknowledgment. However, when checking in, the cc scanner wasn’t working properly. I didn’t count, but I believe my card was scanned six-ish times before the machine accepted it. I was concerned that it was was protecting a predetermined set aside amount each time it was scanned. When the machine finally accepted the card, I was asked to sign. That of course is expected, but there was nothing on the screen to show how much the purchase was that I sign to approve. You have a beautiful hotel there in Iron Mountain, and we would definitely stay there again. I don’t mean to give it “customer is always right” impression, because I never believed that statement. However I do hope that taking a few minutes to share this feedback can help your business avoid issues in the future. Have a blessed day!
