Sent us to wrong address 2 hrs away, then once we called for what we booked they sent us to a dirty room with bugs inside it, false advertising no trees or woods anywhere. No one ever got back or replied we immediately left.

**Pros:** The home is newly constructed, smelled fresh and clean, and is in a great location—only about 16 minutes from both Sedona and Jerome, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. **Cons:** Unfortunately, there was a significant ant infestation during our stay. The WiFi connection was not working, there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed, and the beautiful granite island had no chairs or stools to sit at. Additionally, management was very slow to respond when we reached out with questions.

Clean, lots of free extras ,ice, water, all the things you need and most large chain hotels do not provide but this place does. Awesome hotel .

This place was amazing. The staff was super welcoming and friendly, the concept is fantastic, food was great! They have lots of fun little touches to make it a fun stop For the family. And seeing the stars out there was AMAZING!

Paulina did everything for us - we are thankful for her, always a smile, and all the staff who were so helpful and friendly. Didn’t use the pool as monsoons were daily . We’ll be back
