The room smelled of smoke horribly. The room was not very clean. The staff was okay.

I called ahead to see about making a change to a king over the doubles and couldn't which was fine. But let's make it clear these are definitely NOT QUEEN BEDS THEY ARE FULL SIZE BEDS. BESIDES that when we got there we paid cash for the room and deposit. After we checked in I checked what my locked price should be and noticed we were OVER CHARGED. I immediately after realizing it went to the desk and told them we were over CHARGED they said they had to look into it. When checking out 2 days later I was still told they don't know why we were over CHARGED and I had to talk to a manager to get my difference back. Smh

This place has cockroaches- the rooms have ceilings with cracks, paint chips, mismatched paint spots…

I wouldn't stay here again. The check in process was confusing and requires you to go to a second location aside from where you're staying in order to check in. For that reason alone I'd avoid this place. But there are plenty of others. The lock on the external door was sticking the very first time I attempted to enter. This required an employee to open the door from the inside. There is no guarantee this lock won't stick when you're trying to get rest after a night out. There is no shower in the room I stayed it. The toilet is in a closet as others have mentioned and the sink is on the far side of the room. It was an interesting place but seriously this went terribly and it almost went so much worse. Don't roll the dice on this place.

Arrived at 4 pm for our 3 pm check-in time. Was told by desk attendant that cleaning staff was behind and our room would be ready in 30-45 minutes. Waited 2 1/2 hours in lobby for room! Not acceptable at all. Given no discount or compensation for this inconvenience. We had made reservation in advance too! Unbelievable.

Couldn't open the window darkening shade chain was missing shower had mold in it wallpaper peeling by the elevator hole in the ceiling above the ice machine and only one elevator was working

Clean room comfortable bed parking sufficient. My experience in booking this room was quite literally the worst experience I have ever had. When it was all said and done I basically had 5 rooms rented and pre paid for. Very hard time speaking to customer service. Had to put a hold on my credit card to ensure no more money was taken. Now looking at 3 to 5 weeks of investigating this ordeal before I may get an answer or a refund.very disappointing.
