A lovely old Inn in very good shape. Right on the water, Outdoor porches on almost all the rooms. Right next to a long pass that runs along the shore in this area. Cute small town. Highly recommended.

They put a $xxx they wont let me tell you the amount, hold on my card, then at check out charged another xxx, so that xxx came out of my bank account and put me in negative balance. ihad to have my mom venmo me money for gas home. I will pay $xx a day, they wont let me tell you the amount, for this over draft....said they could do nothing about it. dont use sheraton or marriott, they steal your money.

Not a 4 star hotel. Definitely was a hotel before and they're trying to make it appear better. carpet is old, wallpaper is peeling, room was ok, mattress was gross, stained. Bathroom small and had no vent fan. Its a hiliday inn with a different name. 2.5 starrs max. location is good, near airport and 28th street has anything you need. Must reiterate NOT a 4star hotel.

Outside looks nice, Breakfast area was fine and the food and beverage was good. The food just needed to be heated up when they first started breakfast in the morning. Room was outdated. Air Conditioner needs to be cleaned very musty. The Shower would only turn on half way, but usable. The tub to shower knob wouldn’t pull all the way up. The sink was partially clogged. The swing bar lock was also broken.

Our room wasn’t cleaned under the bed. Property could use some updates.

This hotel is very charming & located right on lake Muskegon. pigeon hill brewery is within walking distance which I recommend. Our room was spacious, bed was comfortable plus we had a little deck to sit outside on

I stay here every month. Noticing corners in room not being adequately cleaned and cracks in grout. Great hotel and location. Please keep up the cleanliness and maintenance and don't let it go down hill like others in the area
