At first our room had broken glass inside and then we alerted staff and they upgraded our room to a better room. Great property to stay at with friends and family

Very satisfied with the parking, clean room, keyless entry and location to many restaurants, waterfront, and shops. Definitely would stay there again, just wish we had better weather to enjoy more

Carpet still had someone else hair on it. Sink and tub dirty. Cigarettes holes in sheets. I didn’t want to touch anything but the bed.

Evident they are in the process of renovating. We had no Kleenex no chairs, no rod in the closet, and the lamp was filthy with the light bulb dangling from the electrical wires but it did work. No working phone in the room and saw no evidence of housekeepers anywhere. Hopefully, not all rooms are as deplorable as was our room.
