Very hard to get room cleaned an trash removed. No clean towels everyday very flat pillows they had no extra pillows.cleaned my own room for the 4 days I was there, had to go buy my own towels and cleaning supplies. I needed a late check out for a hour but the staff said they don't have late check out but it says they do on their website and policy

The room was very nice overall, nice chairs, table for luggage, nice desk, very comfortable bed. ISSUES: No hair dryer, no towel racks, bathroom door hook was installed way too high/at the top of the door, the sink would barely/only slowly drain which was gross, (thank you for the Kleenexes and lots of towels). At check-in, they should inform you how to get to the back parking lot and this lot needs to be re-paved.
