Great place. Friendly staff. Overall enjoyed our stay.

The hotel rooms were great and luxuries. The staff was very helpful and did everything to ensure that we had a great stay. The only issue was the AC, it did not blow any cold air and the thermostat in the room did not want to go below 20 degrees. Switzerland was having a heat wave so it would have been nice to cool off in the room.

The concierge Lucas was maybe the best part of it all. We got the 2 bedroom suite. It was huge and the aircons worked well enough (rare in Europe.

The staff are amazing. Everyone was as helpful as they could be. My only 2 issues were that I booked a room with a balcony and that wasn’t the case when I showed up. Second issue is how warm the room was. I understand that the weather is something you can’t control, but it has to be known that this place has no A/C and the rooms are very poorly ventilated. We had an 11 month old and it was so bad we would need to spend time outside the room for him to cool down. It’s hard to believe we paid over 1000 Francs a night to be here and the management doesn’t at least carry a few AC units for elderly or families with babies. Unfortunately, for me and my family, this ruined our trip to Interlaken. My advice, if you are going to Interlaken in the summer and it’s hot make sure to ask if the hotel has AC.

Aloha, enjoyed our stay at H4 in solothurn. Quieter than being in town. Great location for easy access to town center, just across the pedestrian walkway. Air conditioned hotel, nice in the of summer. Lots of parking. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. Enjoy!

Nice hotel, good location. Friend staff. OK / average room! No free parking as previously promised. Breakfast is less than basic.

This was a great location with many shops and restaurants to choose from. From walking down to see the scenic Aare River to marveling at the towns beautiful streets and sites. Everything was relatively close. The Bern train station was an approximate 8 minute walk as well. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved that breakfast was included and for the duration of your stay the local transit was also included. Highly recommend this hotel.
