the toilet handle broke off, that was a nuisance. just went to the front desk and someone came back and got it back on. had to be careful the rest of the trip. Not a huge problem. friendly staff. Had hot coffee and hot water on demand in a machine (along with other quick grab food), next to the check in desk. outdoor pool wasn't terrible. kids got in without complaints. convenient location that's not too in the middle of everything.

Called 4 times over the course of a month to cancel and was still charged no cancelation. First 2 calls where within 24 hours of booking. No resolution No refund nothing. Was told i would recive a call from a manager twice... never happened. Im just out over $100.00. But why would they care... im not a rich man and had to cancel an entire vacation because of this. I dont understand... the room was not going to be used and they could rent it to someone else, why keep my money?

There were bugs in my room. I tried to kill Them but they were Flying bugs. I was only staying one night so I just toughed it out. But i probably won’t stay there again.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants on site were great. The beds were rather hard and uncomfortable, but outside of that enjoyed the stay and would return again.
