I have a couple of contructive comments. Our stay was wonderful. When it rained, it looked like some of the gutters were clogged so that on one or two of the rooms' awnings over the little decks were flowing like waterfalls! Not ours. Another thing was a constant "beep.beep.beep" from what sounded like some kind of alarm (not super loud) but you could hear it 24 hrs each day . Just concerned it might have been a moisture detection alarm like we have in our basement...BUT...I have very keen hearing, so ither guests may not have notice. My wife and i enjoyed the Happy Hour and the dinner were very tastey with helpful abd friendly waitstaff . The check-in staff was excepcional and recommended that we purchase sunscreen nearby at Dollar General because of the extremely high temps. Jacuzzi didn’t work, fire place in room didn’t work. When i call for help in jacuzzi i left technician to work and came back my ring was missing !!

I’ve stayed there a few times. Very nice clean rooms. Casino is smoke free except for a designated area. Games don’t pay out well.

Look out for destination fee charges they charge you every day $25 to use the pool, parking lot and their crummy breakfast which on the website, it says it’s complementary and then they blamed it on Expedia. The outdoor pool and hot tub was dirty all the time and they had a broken screen door when we got there, The maid didn’t come and clean our room when I text her the night before like they told us too. The view was the only thing good and bed was comfortable.

The check in process was very frustrating. I arrived around 7:00pm and there were no employees on site. I never received a check in link and walked around the building until I found a QR code but still needed an access code. I had to call customer service for help. This took about 15 minutes in total. I finally entered inside and the building was very nice. There’s a bar that not yet finished. So there aren’t really any amenities. The room was clean but had an odd smell. Similar to cooked broccoli. There was a shared door to the neighboring room and it is PAPER THIN. The people in the neighboring room were drunk and loud. The bed itself was comfortable but the pillows were flat. The bathroom is very nice and the room is spacious. However, the shower ran out of hot water for a few minutes. This happened twice. The location was close to the downtown and marina which made walking around convenient. I voiced my complaints to the company and they offered a 10% off my next stay which the place already feels a bit overpriced. Overall, the hotel is nice if all you’re looking for is a place to sleep in the area. Just be prepared if you show up to check in past 6:00pm and pray you don’t have noisy neighbors.

Everything was great

Really nice staff member greated us! She was a temp front desk host. Room was nice, clean. But the bath area was a bit unusual. Bed was super comfy. All things considered for the price per night was decent. However I'm still not sure I would book again. The whole concept of help yourself is strange, when So many people need work these days.
