⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay at RIU! Everything was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was exceptional. The location was excellent—right in the middle of all the action, making it easy to enjoy everything nearby. The staff provided great service and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. I also really appreciated that the ballet practice was included, which was a wonderful added touch. Overall, an excellent experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this RIU to anyone looking for a great location, beautiful accommodations, and outstanding service!

Clean room, comfortable bed, great front desk staff and plentiful breakfast!!

Rooms are spartan but clean, showers don't get quite hot enough and the beds collapse a bit towards the middle - if you're used to firmer mattresses, sleeping here will be a bit of a pain after multiple days. But the hotel is extremely well-situated, the wifi is blazingly fast, there are good places to eat and stores within easy walking distance, and it's a very budget-friendly option to be staying in the heart of NYC.

The staff are friendly and the room is quite spacious and stay quite cool even after coming back after a long time away. Complimentary coffee in the lobby is definitely a nice touch since I always needed one to start off the day of adventuring! The shower is so nice but a bit slippery so definitely could use some sort of grip.
