Very gross! Room not clean, wet towel hanging on door from previous tenants??? Cob webs, stains and splatters on EVERY wall, sticky remote control and light switches, and broken locks to outer doors to parking lot, so no keycard required to enter building. I would have left if another room was available elsewhere. Will not go back

Molly made our stay extremely comfortable. She made the public spaces as welcoming and enjoyable as our own room. She went out of her way to accommodate our dietary allergies, and provided a comprehensive list of restaurants that she knew would be able to do the same. Her house is walking distance to almost all of Saugatuck and Douglas, and she even told us an exquisite poppy field currently in bloom in a nearby town. Would stay with her again in a heartbeat.

Nice enough but we gained no points for booking and they said we weren't members of the club which we joined last summer when staying in Ann Arbor srveral times for health appointments @ UofM hospital. Breakfast left a LOT to be desired and was closed a bit too early. We won't stay with Wyndom again whenever we travel.

A gem of a property & hosts. Private, quiet location.

The Inn was beautiful, very antiques. Nicely decorated, great breakfast. Great location, near downtown.

We had a reservation and after we checked in they said they had to give us a room that did not lock. I had to argue with the lady to get her to give us a different room, she tried to say the hotel was sold out. Also our showered did not drain so we had to stand in dirty water while showering.
