Most horrible

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, goid food! A great location by the down town.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean for the most part. We were constantly killing gnats in our room and a few in the dining area where we ate breakfast. The breakfast was o.k. . We utilized the pool/hot tub and the small fitness room. Those areas seemed nice and clean. The hotel is in a prime location for shopping.

Reservation for 5. The pull out sofa is so thin feels the spring when you sit. Talk to front desk person, she said she cannot do anything. Gave us 1 thin comforter to lay on top of the bed.Requested for a roll away bed and was told they do not have any at the hotel. Ask for the manager and was told tell her in the morning. Check out at 10 am and the was no manager. During check out charge again for the fee instead returning back to my account.
