Property was beautiful and very clean. Instructions on check-in are sent to your phone, and the rest (Parking access and access to property) is on the app. The instructions were a little confusing, but entrance into the property and room were extremely easy. Price was actually pretty good.

No hot water, and Landing is aware of the issue. No instructions on what door to use upon arrival or door code. They send info through email, text, and their app instead of everything through one channel. Apartment was clean but no hot water or check in instructions was unacceptable.

Was the classic motel experience I seeked

I didn’t go and eat breakfast but my husband did and the eggs were powdered eggs and the sausage had a bad taste to it. The toilet in our room was the little short commode and I could not get off of it. There was only one room with handicap accessibility and it was a queen size bed. It would have helped greatly had the toilet been the bigger & taller size and the pillows were too big! If one pillow had been the big fluffy size and the other the regular standard size it would have been a lot more comfortable behind/under our heads. We did not sleep good and I say all this not to be mean but to help you in the future. The price of the room was great and location was great and I asked for an extra blanket and got that and the night light on my side Of the bed wasn’t working (it was the electrical outlet) and the housekeeper got that fixed For me so I could plug my phone up next to my bed at night. And I didn’t get a receipt for my stay but oh well. Thanks Ramada!

Carlton was the security guard and the best part of my whole trip ❤️ Very helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations, and learning about the property in general. The hotel was clean, loved the shares kitchenette, and it was in a great location. Would stay here again!
