No it was stale cereal, staff was also sitting in the chairs when i entered. That was NOT appropriate. They couldve at least moved or acted busy when they saw me. You may well order food because I wouldnt even feed that to my kids,very disappointing!

Hotel is very worn and dated. It took 3 tries to get a room that didn't have a musty smell and had a shower curtain. We stay at Hyatts frequently and this is the worst property we have stayed at.

Front desk staff very unattentive after telling us multiple times that it would be 15-20 minutes for our room to be ready. After an hour, we were hearing the same thing, we waited almost 2 hours for room to be ready after 3pm.
