Fantastic stay

Love the luxury details like terry robe, mini bar, elevated style of the room and bathroom!

It was very easy to find and check-in/parking was very smooth. I felt my car was safe being in the gated parking lot. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel but it was very welcoming and comfortable.

Best part of the hotel is the shuttle service to the events. Overpriced hotel stay for what they were charging we should be able to expect rooms to be cleaned and furniture and carpets to be stain free and regular maintenance being up kept. Our room had loose bathroom tiles, caked up dirt/debris in corners, bathroom sink was chipped, clogged, and very slow to drain. Carpets in hallways and room are very warn, dirty, and stained. Chairs in room are also stained and dirty. Bed linens had stains and pillows have seen better days they’re flat and lifeless. This is not a $400 a night hotel. Staff was friendly.

Very clean! Awesome staff!! Shuttle Driver Andre was amazing and Nix at the front desk was a pleasure to work with! Will visit again!
