Elevators and escalators were broken constantly and they were in no hurry to repair them.

The property is still under construction. There was some confusion with the front desk staff with instructions on how to get to the room when the elevators were under construction. You would think the front desk staff would be able to give clear instructions based on the construction situation. Many of the amenities at the hotel are not available, however they still charge the full resort fee.

Everyone a PCT hiker needs, a clean room, comfortable bed, laundry facilities (at sister property nearby) and super friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent place to stay. The kitchen was a bonus. The only problem we had was with the AC. It didn’t seem to work for us, but luckily we found a fan in the closet and used that. Overall I would recommend staying here. It’s a great place for families.
