The room was clean and well presented. Lighting in the room was dull and never felt bright. Shower never got up to even warm. Ac in the room was either to cold or not cold enough and made knocking noises that kept me awake. The toilet also made a running tap noise and random times. Not a single smile from the checking staff.

This place was phenomenal! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, I would highly recommend.

The suite was great. The staff was even better. Everyone was very helpful.

Awesomeness

The Virgin Hotel was beautiful! Very clean and the staff was so nice and helpful. The pools were really cold, but very clean. I did find it surprising that the nicest pool with wait staff was a private "resort" if you will. The food was really good and the drinks were good. A little too loud (and I'm not old) and a little over priced in my opinion but it is vegas. The over 21 pool was perfect!!

The view was gorgeous at night with all the lights. We loved it! ~ Always Grateful. ~

Yes there was everything we needed right there to cook with, we didn’t make it to the pool but next time!!
