The room was not wiped down or vacuumed. The floors in the bathroom were nasty and throughout the entire hotel. The coffee was watered down and the coffee pot in my room. Did not work. They closed the breakfast area early. What the staff was great?

When first arrived, it had to change rooms. Because the room was dirty, so left on the tub, the hair on the floor dirt in the bed moved us to a different room, which I still wasn't satisfied, but was tired. Staff was awesome.

Amy, the GM and her staff were awesome. One of the corners in my room (#306) had unpainted sheetrock mud on both walls. All of the trim leading into the rooms is filthy and in bad need of a coat of paint. Breakfast was bland.

First of all I got charged twice for the room when my guest and I use both of our cards to split the bill . We kept had to request towels the room wasn't cleaned properly I had to go but cleaning stuff to clean as well
