Bad service, no hot water shower, elevator out of service, room not clean, no door lock inside, only with good location, no next time for me.

Will definitely return , chef makes some very good variations , friendly staff , good pub bar , cozy , very clean spaces

Lovely room and bathroom - great shower and bed! Breakfast was great and exceeded expectations. Pool and sauna was an added bonus.

This is the worst hotel that I've ever stayed in. It was dated with horrible old furniture. The bathroom was horrible. The hot water tap moved when I tried to turn it on and a dribble of water came out. The shower looked dirty so I didn't have one. The tv was awful to work and I couldnt find any channels. Someone was smoking on the floor so everything smelt of cigarettes. It said there was car parking but I was charged £12 and the app was riddled with adware. Never again. Just a hostel at hotel prices. Truly awful!

Every member of staff, reception, leisure facilities, bar and dining and breakfast room staff were all welcoming, very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean with a comfy bed but would benefit from a refresh and sound proofing. Food was good. Enjoyed our short stay.
