Fantastic location, everywhere in the city is walkable and the airport bus stops nearby. Staff are lovely. My room this time wasn't as good as usual - very small and too hot - but well furnished and spotlessly clean

We didn’t get to stay long but the staff and everything was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and really made our first night in Scotland something to remember, even with our late arrival. Highly recommend!

As a solo traveler, This is a fabulous place to stay. Great food, comfy bed, friendly staff. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Only downfall is there is no elevator and I was on 3rd flr. Was a great work out though. Prepped me for all the stairs at the castles I visited. Oh and they were extremely busy with the locals hanging out in the bar or coming to have dinner. First night they had a Scottish wedding reception, second night was a couple birthday parties. Made for entertaining people watching.

The room was clean and the cleaners come around daily. I found the breakfast a bit monotonous and the hotel could do a bit better by varying the breakfast menu.

Excellent overall. One minor suggestion is to have a bin in the bathroom to be able to dispose of sanitary products.
