The property was very clean and updated. The indoor was nice. The layout of the bathroom was amazing.

Kind staff and gorgeous interiors. Truly a classic hotel.

Great stay as always

The restaurant for breakfast did not have enough wait staff. I felt sorry for the server as she was the only one and several tables were not very patient. I think it would help to have more breakfast wait staff on Friday mornings. Everyone is checking out and it was fairly busy. The valet it kind of a challenge to use with having to use the app for everything. The valet staff was helpful, but still kind of inconvenient to only be able to get your car with the app.

No complimentary breakfeast

Scenic lakefront property.

We didn’t get the door code in advance, due to booking through a third party, but they responded quickly to our call. The room was a nice side, but it was loud due to the gap under the door to the hallway. There are also 4 flights of stairs to get to the rooms and no elevators. Be mindful of this if you’re not a light packer. Cleaning staff were present, but never came to freshen our room. The kitchen is shared and well maintained. Great location, however. Walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and bars and a short ride away from even more.
