There was no water on day 1 stay Pipe line was probably broken Water restored after few hours No room phone working When staff checked line was dead Staff told many room lines are not working Laundry detergent dispenser was not working

The hotel was easy to locate and reception staff was friendly and professional. The room was mostly clean but needs a couple of lamp shade replacements along with curtains. It's a large hotel so it lacks simplicity and comfort. It was fine for one night and totally overpriced.
