The hotel was clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We utilized the Tavern bar, the Spa, and the pool area. We had excellent massages and followed up with extra time in the steam room and outdoor hot tub. We also spent time wandering through the property and the gardens. All in all, it was so relaxing! The only negative I would say is that when we entered the main building we noticed a musty smell in the hallways. Not sure if it is older rugs or the woodwork but would have appreciated a fresher cleaner smell.

The bathroom fan would not shut off. Had to call the front desk twice at 10 & 10:30 pm and no one showed up. Finally had to go down to the front desk to request a new room after 11:00 pm because no would get back to me or have someone come take a look at it. I was only there to sleep for a few hours because I had an early morning flight. Will never stay again.
