Won’t be staying there again.

Lovely room, comfortable bed, interesting and attractive lobby and main floor. Felt like a nice romantic getaway. Close to bellagio fountains. Negatives: Overpriced food but that’s the way it is on the Strip. No coffee in room of course, and a resort fee that is really a scam because it’s not optional whether or not you use the pool or fitness area. Again that’s the way it is on the Strip. And check-in is a nightmare. Long lines, and if you did mobile check in so can use the machines, a long line there too as half seem to be out of service. And don’t think you’ll check in at 2 or 3, as there’s an extra fee if you don’t wait until 4pm.

Staff was rude. Check in was horrible the staff kept threatening us with not getting a room despite paid reservation. A manager came out and got us sorted but it was hard to figure it out. There was old food in my mini fridge. Elevators wouldn’t work. Line ups were Massive to go to our bedroom. Horrible service.

The view was gorgeous at night with all the lights. We loved it! ~ Always Grateful. ~
