Kaibab National Forest Vacation Packages

The price is cheaper for a reason. Only amenity are towels and soap. The facility needs a refresh. At least there is no carpeting and the front desk staff are helpful and friendly. If you just need a place to sleep while you explore Prescott, it works; close to the Square.

Check-in and additional assistance was friendly and helpful, but there wasn't always help at the desk to be had. The room and property were generally somewhat run down and tired looking, although the view from our room was very nice and was definitely counted in the plus column. The room was clean and pretty comfortable, but the bed was not...not lumpy, but not comfortable, and the sheets were uncommonly loud and the pillows too firm. A/c was effective and not loud, so another plus. Amenities were generally not available during our stay, but we were compensated with an upgrade to our room, which was acceptable to us and appreciated. All in all, not a terrible stay, but was hoping for a little better.

We love this place! Rooms are nice and come with a balcony. Beds are comfy. At night they have the fireplace going in the lobby. There is a game nook with lots of board games to play. They also have beer, wine and munchies you can purchase in the lobby in addition to the complimentary coffee, tea , citrus water, and cookies. In morning they serve a nice breakfast with a variety of items to choose from both hot and cold. We'll keep coming back for sure!
