The hotel is nice, but starting to look a little dated. One of the elevators was out of order, so only one small elevator was in use during out 2 night stay. The rooms were updated, but still showed a bit of wear and tear. One of the outlets in the bathroom shorted out my hair dryer and then the outlet wouldn't work after that, even after pressing the reset button. The room doors didn't block out much noise, we could hear doors opening and shutting around us throughout the morning/evening hours quite clearly. The staff was very friendly though and overall we would stay again, given the fair pricing of the room and the proximity of being able to walk right downtown to the main drag of bars and shops.

Lovely hotel and stay! We really enjoyed our stay!

This resort was very nice. The only thing to make it better would be a simple breakfast buffet.

Beautiful clean room. Nice balcony with a view of Grand Traverse Bay. Nice beach area with lots of chairs and loungers available. Breakfast area lovely with a view of the Bay and all selections well stocked. A great place to stay in Traverse City.

Great clean place and can walk downtown to eat
