The Penn Stater was great for our weekend trip. Checking in & out was seamless. A few events were going on, so the foot traffic may have led to some of the debris in the elevators, et,c but the rooms were impeccable. The facility was clean but needs attention. Our door was sticking/catching making it difficult for entry even after notifying the front desk. There was floor receptacles popping up in the lobby, the room TVs are small, and the breakfast was horrible.
