Food staff were nice and trying hard to keep up with backlog of guests at breakfast, but it was a struggle. Water for hot tea was cold. Coffee ran out.

Very run down, dated, unclean. stains on the bed spreads, dirt on the furniture, actually looked like marijuana shake, open window on first floor did not lock, sticky floor in bathroom, gross carpet, smelled awful, no shampoo or conditioner in the dispensers. The staff was very nice
