I had a good stay with a nice view and Room was mostly clean and spacious, but bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast didn't like it was very simple and lacking but at least the hotel had breakfast. Something to eat if you didn't want to go out for breakfast.

City Hall Grand Hotel
Our room 306 didn't have any curtains and the lights from buildings at night kept us awake and the pillows were thick causing neck ache but other than those things the place is fantastic. Check in code is super simple to use. Open toilet ( no door ) is unsettling but we managed lol
